Free in home consultation and estate evaluation
Preparation, set up, professional display, research and pricing of items
Marketing and advertising
Conducting the sale (days to be determined)
Signs will be placed in area directing customers to sale as city codes permit
Set up sale to be secure and safe for the customer
Provide itemized list of items sold over a certain dollar amount at completion of sale
House will be left broom swept
Distribution/organizing or donation pick up of unsold items
Proceeds of estate paid within 7 business days of close of sale
Staffing will always be professional, experienced and knowledgeable at all times at the home and in our sales presentation.
